Comments:
Primers: EcoRI; RNA was isolated from inflorescences of 6-13 mm in diameter. The relative abundance of both extremities was emphasized. At youngest stage (6 mm), the inflorescence meristem in the center of the capitulum is still undifferentiated while at the latest stage (13 mm) differentiation of all flower organs in all flower types have already initiated.
