Primers: EcoRI, XhoI; cloning_kit: Uni-ZAP XR Gigapack III Gold Cloning Kits (Stratagene, La Jolla, USA); Variety Terra Regina, transgenic line 35S-gaga2 TR10 (TAT615 TR10). Leaf. Total RNA sample for mRNA isolation was pooled from five different developmental stages as follows: 1. Youngest leaves (3) collected from three different plants: 8 cm closed and hairy; 9 cm half open; 14 cm half open and less hairy 600 μg of total RNA. 2. Two not yet opened leaves: 22 cm, half open and not hairy, narrow leaf; 35 cm half open, not hairy, narrow 200 μg 3. One almost fully developed leaf: 37,5 cm fully open, already widened - 100 μg 4. One fully developed: 38 cm, fully open, wide, deep intersections - 100 μg 5. One old leaf: old, 36 cm, wide, deep intersections - 40 μg
