Primers: EcoRI, XhoI; cloning_kit: Uni-ZAP XR Gigapack III Gold Cloning Kits (Stratagene, La Jolla, USA); Variety Terra Regina. Flower scape. Samples were collected from developmental stages 3-9 and 9,5 (corresponding to the inflorescence development). Scape was divided into five sections and RNA was isolated from the lowest, middle and uppermost parts separately. Equal amounts of total RNA were pooled from each stage and section and used for mRNA isolation (appr. 42 μg from each section)
